Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Insurso (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Not insurance advice or a carrier

Insurso is agency-management software only. Insurso is not a licensed insurance carrier, agency, broker, or producer, and does not underwrite, sell, solicit, negotiate, or bind insurance. Nothing in the Service — including renewal recommendations, carrier-match suggestions, coverage-gap analysis, premium ranges, or any AI-generated output — constitutes insurance advice, a quote, an offer of coverage, or a guarantee of coverage, premium, or outcome. You, the licensed producer, are solely responsible for all professional judgments, client recommendations, regulatory compliance, and the accuracy of records you maintain.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be a licensed insurance professional (or authorized agency staff) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the activity of all users under your agency account, including producers and CSRs.
• You must keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information.

Your data and responsibilities

• You retain ownership of the agency, client, and policy data you submit.
• You represent that you have the rights and any necessary consents to submit that data.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own licensing, appointments, and E&O coverage.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring per-seat basis through our payment processor. Producer is billed at $199/month (flat rate, one seat); Agency at $399/month (flat rate, up to 10 producers); Enterprise at $699/month (flat rate, unlimited producers). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data belonging to other agencies, reverse-engineering the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insurso is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any errors or omissions in data or AI-generated output. Insurso's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
